Fuelforged is ready to release!
We have been testing for almost a year, and now feel confident to start selling the fuelforged 636 half frame line up for 2003-2004 models. The first ten base model frames will be sold at $800 for an opening sale. Base model frame is constructed with 1" .095 D.O.M. round tubing and will be mig welded by the master himself MR. Chris Hukill. also comes with a 6 month warranty. Our competition models will sell for $1,000 (for the first ten) and are constructed from 1" .065 chromolly round tubing fully tig welded and weighing just over a pound more than stock. also comes with a 3 month warranty. All of our neck tubes are CNC machined by AMC fabrication for maximum strength and ultra light weight. If I have to, I'll make a miter joint style frame for an extra $100, but I would really rather not lol.

My hope to become slightly less poor.
This all started from a combination of nick apex bugging me about how he really wants a cool custom frame that will hold up, and being the guy who had to weld all my buddies stock frames back together when they broke anyway.
our first design of the 03-04 Kawasaki 636 was a little off here and there and we learned quickly from it, but its still been holding Nicks wheels together now for over three months and won the first two xdl events. so on that note we had a good start.
The company building these is http://www.fuelforged795.com/ my awesome test rider and good friend who can test and win at the same time is http://www.nickapexfreestyle.com/ check them out and keep an eye out for these frames being ready for distribution.

He finally painted it!
After seeing nicks hold up I decided that i would build my self one and try and shave some weight. after making some small changes and switching from 1" .095 mild steel to 1".065 D.O.M. steel tube and also fully T.I.G.welding instead of M.I.G.we came out with a 4 pound lighter, better, faster product weighing less than a pound over stock. The company building these is http://www.fuelforged795.com/ my awesome test rider and good friend who can test and win at the same time is http://www.nickapexfreestyle.com/ check them out and keep an eye out for these frames being ready for distribution.
